From Our Warehouse to Your Local Break
Here’s what happens after you click “checkout”:
- Order Processing (1-2 days): Our surf-savvy warehouse team carefully picks and packs your gear with the same attention we’d give our own boards.
- Dispatch Notification: You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details when your order ships from our Southampton HQ.
- In Transit: Your surf essentials are on their way via your chosen carrier.
- Delivery: You’ll get a final notification when your package is about to arrive.
Pro tip: For surf trips, order at least 3 weeks before departure to allow for shipping and any unexpected delays.
International Surfers Take Note
While we ship to most countries (excluding some remote areas in Asia), international customers should be aware:

If your gear doesn’t perform as expected (or if you simply changed your mind), you’ve got 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Here’s the lowdown:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Refunds processed within 5 working days of receiving returned items
