About Our Products

What types of surfing products do you sell?
We specialize in everything a surfer needs to stay stoked between sessions:
  • Bodyboards and accessories
  • Wetsuits for men and juniors
  • Rash vests and surf wax
  • Surfboard fins (FCS, FCS II, Futures, Longboard/Retro)
  • Surfboard accessories (bags, leashes, repair kits, hardware)
  • Roof rack solutions and car accessories
Are your products suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! We cater to surfers of all levels. Our junior wetsuits and beginner-friendly bodyboards are perfect for those just starting their surfing journey. If you need advice on what gear is right for your skill level, just drop us a message – we’re happy to help you choose.
Do you sell complete surfboards?
Currently we specialize in surfboard accessories and components rather than complete boards. We offer everything to maintain and customize your board – fins, leashes, repair kits, bags, and all the hardware you need.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
We’ve streamlined our shipping to get you riding faster:
  • Processing: 1-2 working days
  • Standard Shipping: 10-15 days after dispatch (DHL/FedEx)
  • Free Shipping: 15-25 days after dispatch (EMS for orders over £50)
Pro Tip: For surf trips, order at least 3 weeks before departure to allow for shipping and any unexpected delays.
Where do you ship to?
We ship globally to most countries (excluding some remote areas in Asia). Our warehouse is in Southampton, UK, and we’ve successfully delivered surf gear to wave chasers worldwide.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over £50 qualify for free worldwide shipping via EMS. For UK customers, we offer free shipping on orders over £25.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
For international orders outside the UK, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure about potential fees.

Payments & Orders

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods to make checking out easy:
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • JCB
  • PayPal
All payments are processed securely through our encrypted checkout system.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your gear to you fast, so changes or cancellations need to be requested immediately. Email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number – we’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t already been processed for shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
If your gear doesn’t perform as expected (or if you simply changed your mind), you’ve got 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Here’s the scoop:
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Refunds processed within 5 working days of receiving returned items
For the full details, check our Returns Policy page.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We carefully pack all orders with the same attention we’d give our own boards, but if your gear arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
