Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) and offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Cost: £12.95
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Cost: Free for orders over £50
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch.

Our Returns Policy

We want you to be as stoked about your gear as you are about your next surf session. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we make it easy:

Return Window

You have 15 days from the delivery date to return items for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

All returned items must be:

  • In original condition (unused with tags attached)
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Surf Wax (once opened or used)
  • Surfboard Ding Repair Kits (opened products)
  • Wetsuits (unless faulty)
  • Any personalized or custom-made items

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address
  3. Pack your item securely in the original packaging
  4. Ship it back to us using a trackable service (return shipping is at your expense)
  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange

Exchange Process

Want to swap for a different size or product? Follow the same return process above and include a note specifying:

  • The item you’d like instead
  • Size/color preferences if applicable
  • Whether you’ll cover any price difference

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • International customers: Note that any customs/duties fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange a free return and replacement
